After an assessment of your organization via our Advisory Services, we introduce our methodology but adapt it to your reality, taking care of the important aspects of a project, such as scope, deadlines, resources, milestones, activities, and responsibilities. Our methods are not waterfall, nor agile, but what we like to call Wagile; it combines some waterfall methods to understand and document, but then it evolves to a delivery method similar to agile.
